Thank you both for your talents. I will miss your collaborative inspiration and humor. My favorite episode is sock wars. In fact it’s so good that I found myself going into your archives and hunting down more insightful hints and bits of humor. It started me searching down the rabbit hole of cyber knitting blogs for more insightful information, however, I have yet to find a match to your work. Take care and Happy New Year!

I will miss your show. Your episode on Felting in the washing machine is what got me really into wool, followed by knitting, followed by a knitting machine, followed by knitting socks on my knitting machine and much much more.

I will truly miss your episodes. they always inspired me.

Hi. My Name is Tara. I’m 16. I’ve been knitting since I was 10, but when I first started I was completely lost with what to do and got really bored with just plain garter stitch scarves. Thats around when I found Lets Knit2gether. You helped to get me started with more difficult projects and helped me learn to hone my skills. Knitting has helped me to learn to focus and to my fine motor skills when I am playing my music (I play piano, guitar, and I sing as well as writing my own music). Knitting for the less fortunate has also helped me to complete my community service hours required for high school (In Ontario Canada we have to complete 40 hours to get our high school diploma).

I just wanted to take the time to say thank you for all the help that you have given me over the past 5 years and I wish you all the best for the future!

You will be truly missed. There are no other shows like yours. What would be nice is if one of the corporations or coops or mom and pop shops would pick up where you left off; that way there would be no burden on a single individual financially, creatively or physically.

I had a feeling that this might happen and I have tried several times to write something to show my grief at not seeing you and Eric showing me around places that I know would never be an opportunity for me (i.e. alaska, rhinebeck, new york sheep & wool) to see. I have learned such a lot and made friends through LK2G and could never have imagined the technology of meeting and chatting to you all through our live links.

I do however, wish you both a wonderful future in whatever your plans are and want to thank you so much for your time, effort and cost in making LK2G. I hope Cat you will keep showing us your projects on the ravelry group and hope that you now have a little more time on your hands to start using some of that wonderful stash you have.

This makes me very sad, but I understand that nothing wonderful can last forever. Your show inspired me to start really knitting again, after many years of doing it only sporadically. For that I am grateful. Your show also inspired me to make my first trip to Rhinebeck this year (all the way from Cincinnati).

Thank you both for the instruction, the inspiration and the entertainment. You will be missed. My one real consolation is that I’ve downloaded and saved every single episode, and I will continue to watch them over and over again.
