First Episode Coming Soon!

We’ve been working hard to get the first show up by next week.  Getting the Blog ready, editiing the episodes and setting up RSS feeds are all much more work than we thought!

We are nearly ready, however, tomorrow we are going to the NYC Knit Out which will likely be our second episode.

Meanwhile, leave a comment or email us at cat at letsknit2gether.com if you have ideas on episode topics you would like to see.  Also, email us if you want to be notified when our first episode is available.

Just found your blog a few days ago and watched this video today and really enjoyed it.
Keep doing them because it helps “SEEING” knitting in progress and all the tips you share. 🙂

    Hi cat,

I just stumbled on your blog/podcast, and I think it’s terrific! Have watched 2 episodes so far and they are bothe extremely helpful (especially the one on 2 socks on 2 circs). Am going to subscribe to the podcasts. Thanks for sharing your knowledge with the rest of us!

I have been lamenting these last few months on the disappearance of the knitting podcasts. I finally decided to read some knitting blogs. I found that It’s a Purl Man was still on the air and when I perused his site, I found your video podcast. I am thrilled. Haven’t watched it yet, but I am so excited to find that not all of you have given up podcasting. I know it must be an incredible strain on your life, but just know that there are those of us out here in the world who depend on hearing your musings and now seeing you while you craft.
Thanks so much for being there. I will subscribe even before I watch.

I’ve been struggling with the double-pointed needles for a few pairs of socks now. The two socks at once approach looks like genius, and I can’t wait to try it out. Thanks for the excellent podcast!

Hi Cat! I just found your podcast (mentioned on the KnitList today). You’ve done a great job! The quality of your video is very good and your instructions are clear and well presented. I look forward to watching the rest of your episodes and new ones in the future. Thanks for taking the time and effort to podcast!

I got your podcast searching for a “how to knit” series. Even though your podcasts are for experienced knitters, I think you are great in front of the camara. I love how you are so soft-spoken and detailed in your descriptions. I only watched your first episode and it makes me want to learn knitting more than I did before. Thank you for taking the time to do these.

    Hi,

I love your podcast. I download it on my ipod and watch it during my dinner break at work. I love to knit but there is still a lot I need to learn. These visuals are very helpful.

Question: In your first podcast about knitting socks on circular needles…you stated that there was a link to a site that gives further tutorials. Do you still have that site address handy?

If you can help me, I’d greatly appreciate it.

    Keep up the great work!

Just loved how you showed this technique. I have never been able to understand how to do this. While I have knitted 2 socks on 2 cirs, I have always had to start the socks separately, then transfer them so I am knitting them both at the same time.
I think it’s seeing someone else actually show me how to start them that did it. Thanks!
