Great idea-a knitting show! I’m looking forward to seeing more in the future! Great interviews! Keep up the great work!
Hi,
I can’t seem to view your podcast in any of the formats, quicktime, windows media player….I can hear the audio, but not see the video.
I had the same issue with the first episode.
I even put the .mov file on my pocketPC and can’t seem to view it.
Do you have any suggestions of what I can do to view it?
Thanks in advance,
Maaike
You may be running an older version of quicktime which may explain your experience of receiving audio only.
We have added access to the Windows Media format onto the website. The link is just below the Picture of the Show on the web site. It says “Windows Media Version” . Select this or right click and download. This will work on any Windows Desktop running Windows Media Player.
The .mov file will not work on a PocketPC, only the WindowsMediaVersion.
I hope this helps. If you still have problems, don’t hesitate to ask for additional assistance
Lovely podcast! I am loving the video! I only wish we had such a knit out in the south! Looked like loads of fun!
I also enjoy knowing what knitting you are wearing/carrying in the show!
Looking forward to future episodes.
Maaike,
You need QuickTime version 7 to play the .mov file which is the one that plays right on the web page. QuickTime 6 won’t work. You can upgrade or install the free player from the Apple site at:
http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/mac.html
If you’re on a Mac, or:
http://www.apple.com/quicktime/download/win.html
If you’re on a windows machine.
Click “Free Download Now” and follow the instructions. (You don’t need to purchase QuickTime Pro.)
Eric
Thanks. I got the latest quicktime, but still no dice so I downloaded the Media Player versions of the podcast and they work.
Keep up the great (and probably hard) work, these are great and give a lot of little useful tips for any level of knitter!

I love your podcasts! As a New Yorker living in the Netherlands, I especially enjoyed your epizode about NYC Knit-Out. Alhtough it made me miss NY and all the great yarn stores there. Thanks for all your hard work to put these shows together.
I “SO” loved watching this video but now you have me wanting to go to a Knit Out. 🙂
Thanks, keep them coming,
Susie
